THE READY WELDER !
"THERE'S  NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT"

  • The Ready Welder, in it's case, is light enough to be hand carried.

  • This MIG Welder can be powered by batteries,  or by  AC current when connected to a welding machine actng as a Spool Gun.

  • It welds without or with gas tanks.

  • The Ready Welder can weld very thin metals using a 12 and a 6 volt battery, or very thick metals with 36 volts DC, (three 12 volt batteries) yielding up to 350 amps of power.

  • Welds steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or any weld-able metal or alloy.

  • User friendly, quick setup time, economical to use, low purchase cost, are among the factors making it a "must have" for every tool box.

  • The Copyrighted design and Patented Circuitry make it a unique product which fills a previously unmet need, worldwide.

  • Safety factor: After a history of nearly 10 years of operation, the Ready Welder Corporation has had no report or claim of any injury from use of the Ready Welder.

Since the introduction , in 1997, of the Ready Welder as the first battery powered portable welder, there have been other battery powered welders brought out in the market. None of these have had all of the desirable qualities of Ready Welder II. As a result, the U.S. Army is one of Ready Welder's most important customers.

(see Military Testimonials)  note:  IMPAC credit cards are honored by RWC

Ready Welder is a compact battery  powered MIG welder. It operates on two or three 12 volt DC batteries in series, producing 200 to 350 Amps of power for deep penetration of metals. For thinner metals a 12 and a 6 volt battery connected in series to produce 18 DC volts and lower Amps works just fine. The use of a single 12 volt battery is not normally recommended..

The Ready Welder Professional users report that RWII is a high yielding asset in their welding trade, because of it's lower initial cost plus it's lower operating costs. A smaller truck is needed to go out for field repairs with the Ready Welder. The setup time and electrical usage costs are less than before they began using this Product.

The Ready Welder can also be used as a Spool Gun, by connecting it to a Stick Welder or a conventional MIG machine. It operates from 115 AC volts while plugged into any welding device which might require a Spool Gun, for example, as when welding aluminum.

Our Model 10000 is the original Ready Welder II, introduced in 1997. Since then, we have developed several new Models, and each has all of the same basic functions as Model 10000. The latest of the new Models, introduced in early 2004 is the CS Model. The Cold Switch Model has the added safety feature of trigger release cutoff from live power to the unit, when not welding.

If you are thinking of acquiring a MIG welder, we suggest that you click Testimonials and Military Testimonials to see what users of Ready Welder think of the Product after buying one and using it. Then check the Comparison Charts, to learn what Ready Welder can do, and how it rates versus other MIG welders.

With the Ready Welder you can go anywhere to weld, and weld anywhere or in any difficult position you might need to weld in. PORTABILITY! VERSATILITY! POWERFUL!  Those words are the key. Now, almost anyone can learn to weld in a very short time.
